Great coffee and wonderful knowledgeable staff. I have been buying my beans from here for a couple of years now. I also buy beans from other coffee roasters to not be biased. Unfortunately Abrisa's is very good on both taste and value.Worth the drive to East Brisbane.

Very bad experience with a coffee machine service from the service arm of this business. Not only did they have my machine for more than 10 weeks, they managed to break it rather than fix it! When I took my machine in it worked, but the steam button would not stay in.When they returned it, the steam wand did not work at all, so the machine was unusable. They took the machine back but were unable to fix whatever they had done to it. I was told they would buy me a new machine. Instead, without any consultation they replaced it with an old machine (same model as mine) from 2nd-hand dealer. This machine was filthy and they were unable to tell me it's history or even when it was last de-scaled. They dropped it off outside my door without so much as an explanation of what had been done, or an apology.I requested that the the technician get his manager to call me to discuss the matter, but they didn't bother calling me. I had to buy a new machine, as I was not happy to use the filthy old machine they gave me. Between take-away coffees and the cost of a new machine, I am over a thousand dollars out of pocket. Warning - do not take your machine to be serviced here!!
