Excellent service from Jun who is a very professional expert. He help me to port from Optus to Vodafone. Although there was an ridiculous issue caused by Optus, Jun kept patience and tried to figure out the issue.It’s the best customer service I have, he is awesome!

Lost phone , promised one thing over then phone then blank confused look in shop. They can replace it for an extra $50 a month for 48 months. Not at all what I was told over the phone. The phone would be worth its weight in gold. Ended up much cheaper to pay out remaining contract and go and get a much better deal from optus. Don't waste your time with vodafone sunnybank.

Attitude is bad. My prepay card was broken when I bought from Coles, it was working two days then invalidated. I told the stuff my situation and she insisted the problem is from my phone with impatience attitude. After I keep asking for changed the SIM card she finally did it for me. And the problem is from the SIM card. I truly do not understand why should I spend money and bagging for the survive that I should got?

Signed up with the phone payment and phone plan last year.I was told I can cancel my phone plan anytime and continue with my monthly payment plan for the phone payment.After 2 hours on the phone with customer service , they had told me they can not continue with the plan since I canceled the phone plan and not the phone payment plan.You have been warned and never again vodafone !

Really bad service never come again. Stuff name: Jun. Don't trust him. Cheating!!! I requested a prepaid sim only service to keep my second number. He told me there's no prepaid sim only service. He said I need buy a month to month plan if I want to keep the number. The minimum payment is $40 per month. So I signed it. When I called vodafone customer service, I've been told there's prepaid sim only service, so don't need to pay monthly plan to keep a number. Jun is a lier. We trusted him but he did such a shame thing. We are extremely angry. We will finish all our service with vodafone. Ridiculous person!!!
