Trial Bay Front Beach
Lovely beach to walk along and swim. It's about 3.5km from South West Rocks to Trail Bay Gaol. You can swim almost anywhere along to walk.

Great beach spanning from South West Rocks surf club around to Trial Bay Gaol. Town end has rocks, beautiful sandy beach and swimming and surfing beach, the other is a sheltered Bay for little kid swimming or just hanging out. Can often see dolphin up close and sting rays along beach. Midd Li email section is off leash area for dogs. All up a great spot.

Incredible beach, so beautiful. Ideal beach for anyone that likes calm waters. The sandbar further out stops the waves and the water remains shallow for quite some distance. There are trees along the top of the beach that afford some shade. The white sand is sqeeky underfoot. We also saw a sea worm, pretty purple and iridescent, wriggling it's way into the sand against the waves. Loved thos beautiful spot.
