Never again! Only asked for a nail clip and tidy and they did this! What on earth made them think this is what I wanted is beyond me. No common sense, she even looks ridiculous! So many dog groomers opening at the moment watch out for inexperienced staff. Seems to be a language barrier at this place too. I recommend they use pictures to show clients what they intend to do. Her fur is so short she keeps licking her paws. I’m having to treat with coconut oil. First and last time I’ll ever be going here. The picture speaks for itself….

Almost Killed My CatDropped off my cat for full grooming and came back to check when he was almost done. Another customer came in so the groomer left my cat on the table unattended with the noose around his neck to serve the other customer and my cat slipped off the table and was hanging by the noose and could not get out. My partner had to rush in and grab our cat. Lucky we were there, if we had not been there who knows what would have happened. The groomer apologied but what good is an apology to a dead pet. Very traumatising. We still paid the full price and will never be going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a grooming place for your cat. My cat had comfortable shower n spa there. Great Job! I’ll definitely come back again.Thank you so much for this lovely photo btw.

i took my puppy today for a trim , they were very lovely , i like that you can see from outside what are they doing with the dogs through a big glass window that face the street , that give me trust on them .really recommend .

Very good service. Dogs are comfortable in the shower, no uncomfortable barking. Foot hair and nails are cleaned. Enjoyed it very much and will come back again.
