Went here today with my 2 boys. They were great with the kids. Quick to serve us. Half the price of our usual place for the same hair cut. 5 thumbs up!

My husband and son always get their haircuts here. Always super quick and do a great cut. Not to mention my son is a nightmare to take to the barber and they are so nice about it and still manage to give him a great cut.

Cut my hair so uneven. The sides were terrible and was barely a fade.

Explained it very clear about as to how it needs to be cut and despite that, he cut it way too short. Can you please listen to your customers when they are trying to tell you, as to how and what length it needs to be chopped off please. I dislike putting anyone down. My sons hair is too short when I clearly explained it only needs eye brow length.Please do listen carefully, otherwise you will lose business, which we don't want.

Literally Worst haircut I have ever received!Asked for a fade in and got zero all the way up they didn’t blend it in … didn’t even put the adjusting trim size on the shaver ! I asked why .. he refused to acknowledge that that is what I asked for ! Rude, ! But hay .. you pay peanuts expect peanuts to cut your hair

Yimai from Malaysia, who said he was the manager in the Trim Time shop, not sure that it is real he's name but he asked that how short my front and back hair.I took off the my glasses, after then, cut in 3 mins, and just tried to let me out, not even show the hair or asking anything. I complained about this, and he said that it was his style. Not too much asking.But he just asked once before starting.I have been here many times, but no one did like of rude, unpleasant attitude. If he is real manager, your barbers are much better than you.Also thanks to Yimai for letting me know how to cut and I have to memorise the level of short by numbers. Hopefully you are not the real manager here.

If i could give 0 stars I would.Went in for a haircut.Told the younger bloke what I wanted. (simple haircut) and he had no idea, so I showed him a photo. I reckon the haircut took him not even 2 minutes. He completely butchered my hair. Patchy spots everywhere, no fade as asked. I understand its a cheap haircut, but this was just horrible. Keep in mind, the older bloke who I assume is the owner, was cutting hair next to me and his haircuts looked decent. But this younger bloke needs training. Or give free haircuts while he learns. Its not fair on anyone. Never going back here.

Husband, daughter and myself have been coming here over the few years. These guys have been working hard especially during pandemic. My very young son just had his first hair cut here few weeks ago and he wasn't settling at first but hairdresser here was so good with my kids. They know and understand what kind of hair styles we want. Keep up the good jobs.

I wish I had 0 star option, but lucky they.It was recommended by a friend and last Monday I thought to give it a go. I was growing my hair and just wanted a maintenance cut to ensure everything looks tidy. I went there and there was a lady who was an intern or a new employee who welcomed me and started the cut, She was 0 percent confident and was asked me about 15 times so as to what I wanted her to do. When she did get it (Which she actually didn’t) she started cutting off in a very unprofessional manner so much so that It was painful for me, as she just ran the scissors across the dry hair without even spraying water. After an uneven cut from behind she showed me the mirror, and I was surprised how untidily my hair have been cut. I told her politely to do a better job and tried explaining her what I wanted for like 10 times more and the things only got worse. She trimmed my side buns without even asking me and when I told her not to do so with the second one, she did exactly opposite!! I was so infuriated that I had to call the other guy who was just watching from a distance and didn’t even interrupt once when he could see that things are going wrong! Had to get an undercut to look even, these guys are horrible! Firstly, I think they need to work on their communication so as to understand what the customer wants instead of talking in their own lingo! Such a pathetic and unprofessional staff! Would not recommend it unless you want to ruin your hairstyle

I don’t normally give 1 star reviews. I used to go to this place a fair bit, but the last time I went there, the guy was pretty rude for some reason, and he was very unprofessional. Anyway, I won’t be coming back again and next time I need a haircut I’ll pay extra for decent customer service.
