I have used DeJay Contracting for many years and thought I would try someone else which FAILED. After 2 months with no progress and still another 3 weeks to have the job completed which would have been end of October(almost 3 months in total). These delays were causing issues for my timeline. With deadline approaching fast and 2 months wasted I went back to DeJay and within 1 week to my surprise the house is gone.As usual and to a high standard the site is left site clean and leveled ready for construction. Hassle free transaction. Stick with what you know, right!. Highly recommended.

DeJay Contracting stepped in after our unfortunate and costly dealings with a competitor. DeJay understood we were time poor, gave us assurance in writing then exceeded our expectations by starting and finishing early. All done without compromise to safety, execution or the quality of the result; I know because the neighbours were watching and gave good feedback and I’m very happy with the result. should shade cloth when demolishing house with asbestos you took all asbestos of without any shade cloth around the area and no other asbestos contament structures in place and I thought you were supposed to spay area with water to minimise particles going into neighbours house community center people walking on foot to path ex.

I engaged Dejay recently for non friable asbestos removal and demolition of a house. I was extremely impressed with the job they did. They were great to deal with, really friendly along the way and I was really impressed with them in all respects as a customer. The key thing thing was the final site standard, which was outstanding, and it really exceeded my expectations. Very professional, would absolutely recommend.

Aleks and his team did an amazing job demolishing my house at extremely short notice due to waiting so long with another company. Job was completed in less than 2 days - start to finish. Good service, good takeaway, reasonable prices. Well, somehow this review for a takeaway food shop got onto DJ contracting. DJ don’t actually sell takeaway food, but the rest is true, great service, great communication, very competitive prices,but no takeaway food :-)

From the moment I initially contacted DeJays they were professional, explained everything clearly and were a pleasure to deal with for our demolition at West Beach. Even after the demolition there was a small issue with the neighbouring property (not Dejays fault) which Aleks still took the time to assist with and provide advice on to help all parties. They seemed to be extremely well organised and had the job completed within 3 days. Cannot fault them and highly recommend.

Aleks and his team were absolute life savers when they finished off demo of our home after the last contractor decided not to finish the job. They were professional, timely and our block looks amazing. The only thing we regret is not hiring them from the start! We can’t thank Aleks and his team enough!
