Wow.Flavour, taste and portion size a 5 plus star rating.Why the 4 then.A couple of things took away the experience.Firstly a wine selection.Red wine goes with meat.No red wine selection at all. We literally took the last bottle of the only bottle they had on the shelf.Easy fix here really.Without a doubt best flavours of smoked meats I've had so far on my try every smoke house restaurant in Aus.However I would love to see this team experiment further on there sauce ranges. Think there is better stuff out there.In saying that I didn't touch any sauces with the meats other than the sausage and that was just to try them.I would travel to dine here again.Awesome place will definitely be back.Thank you for a wonderful meal.

I hadn't been in Gympie for some time and was pleased to discover Bunker.Great service from Alex (she answered my questions on the phone) and Dean (he recommended 4 meats sampler dish).The meal was excellent (I had the burnt sweet potato ends as the side to the 4 meats sampler).The ginger beer (alcoholic) was excellent too! Thanks heaps =)

Definitely worth trying this place! Great food selection if you like meat and burgers. A good list of Craft beers, spirits and wines to choose from.We didn’t have a reservation but was greeted nicely and given a table. All the staff were super friendly, bar staff suggesting alternative drink which tasted good! Pity they had no Pinot Grigio but the Sav Blanc did the trick.The meals are huge, we ended up sharing a Chicken Burger and chips.Atmosphere was good, plenty of people having a laugh and a good ol’ time.Would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately they didn’t get our order right, as we requested no hot/spicy aioli, but it came out with heaps on and after a couple of bites, we were definitely feeling uncomfortable.Was too hard to return and request another burger, hate putting people out like that so we scraped the aioli off but (kind of) enjoyed the rest of it. Otherwise would have been a yummy burger!Great place to try if local or just stopping through the town.

This place was absolutely delicious. 0 grissle or yuck bits on the meat that we got. The chicken and brisket beef fell apart as you eat it. I love the varieties of vegetables in the vego option as well.The coleslaw had fantastic flavour, loved the edition of dill in it. Corn was delicious with the sauce on it and chips had a very tasty seasoning that I'd love to have the recipe of. It's such a shame that I don't have this near my house in Brisbane!

First time trying American BBQ style smoked meat but never had brisket in generalThis was absolutely delicious and 100% would reccomendBrisket was too die for!It’s the best my husbands had in Australia!Service and atmosphere is top tier and the house made pickles are amazing!

Food was fantastic. Meal served 5 minutes after ordering. Best service & food. Best I have ever had anywhere in Gympie. So full couldn't finish my burger. Definitely will be going back.

Went in on a hot summers day for some sanctuary and a feed. Air con was cool and place was inviting, sweet fit out inside. Cold Crafty and burger combo was well priced. Let me tell you it was absolutely best burger I’ve had in a very long time and crafty was spot on so I had another. This place rocks!

Very nice food and good choice of beers on tap. The slow cooked meat had a beautiful Smoke flavour. Just a pity you have to order and pay for drinks at one bar and food at another counter. Shouldn’t be too difficult to integrate this into a single bill. One part of the place is nice and atmospheric and the other part is more like a cantina afterthought. Having said that, the food was delicious.

The best burgers we have ever had. When you see people rave about American style BBQ, this is what they're meaning. Staff were friendly and helpful. 100% come here.
