Zara did an amazing job for my sister’s 18th birthday decorations! She was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. She sorted everything out with the restaurant directly which was an added bonus! Definitely will be using her services for future celebrations and recommending her to all our friends and family!

TERRIBLE experience!!!I’m a mother who was so excited to celebrate my first son’s first birthday!She turned it to a big nightmare for us!I ordered a cake from two months before the event and paid the deposit.I confirmed and reminded my order couple of days before the event (the cake, the date and pickup time) with the woman who is the business owner(Zara). As thé business owner she should’ve confirmed and followed up not her customers, chasing her!On the day, which was yesterday, we went to her place to pickup the cake, guess what happened??!!! She didn’t open the door, we waited there for more than half an hour behind the closed door, we called her, message her so many times that we’re here to pick up the cake and we’re running late because we had to go straight to the venue before our guests arrive. No ANSWER, she turned off her phone! We were so stressed, so shocked from what happened! She must had some kind of emergency situation maybe she’s at the hospital but again if so why nobody informed us!! We were so upset and desperate, imagine on your biggest event with a 1 year old baby there are lots of stress and that was like unbelievable. We went to the venue WITHOUT a cake with lots of tears!The most important thing was missing because of her irresponsibility and lack of care!!! I found out she went to a trip with her friends!!! She messaged me at night that I forgot your order and my phone was damaged!!! Mind blowing!!!!how much a person can be careless and irresponsible with her customers who trusted her!!!! She RUINED my baby’s first birthday and that’s not reversible!

Zara is a talented girl. Also very caring and reliable. I ordered from her several times and always very satisfied. Also most of my friends ordered cake and party decorations and all were excellent.I like to take this opportunity to say thanks to dear Zara and I highly recommend her to anyone who looking for reliable person and also looking for very delicious cake.I will post my last cake and party decoration as a proof.

I choose Zara for Daughter’s Birthday cake and set up and also for my husband’s 40th, very happy with her service and also she makes the most delicious cakes ever.
