Whoever is in charge of communicating with customers at our complex (the project manager-name provided on request) has the worst communication skills, tries to bully, and is extremely rude (I'm sure his parents would be disgusted at his manners). The actual workers are independent contractors and have been nice and did a good job but have been late for jobs twice now. Not worth working with this group.

If incompetence was an Olympic sport these guys would be good medalists. Quality" and Parkview are mutually exclusive.Do NOT buy a home built by Parkview unless you want a world of pain from defects that they fail to rectify

Amending this initial review as we are receiving improved responses, acknowledgement of issues and things are being fixed. Albeit slowly. Original review follows… Mixed quality workmanship due to some low quality subcontractors, combined with poor oversight. Slow to fix issues. Eager to blame others. Staff and or relatives are seeding 5 star reviews here.

If it wasn't bad enough that they botched a slab in the apartment building we live in, they've now spent the past 1.5 years fixing it, they aren't even half way through. The communication between them and the residents their noise is affecting is absolutely appalling. My husband has been on them this entire time to know a works schedule so we can know when there is going to be noise and the best they can give us is a generic we will be making noise between 8am and 3:30pm". Never mind that it sounds like a jack hammer is going in my lounge room
