Sun Max Solar did a great job at my place...Ray went above and beyond and solved my all the inquiries regarding normal Solar plans and Battery backup solar plans....Easy to communicate with and all work done professionally with no fuss...Ray explained the whole process of solar plans and it's installation timeline and delivered and installed the solar panels on time or rather I would say before time.....Great work Sun Max Team..!I would definitely recommend them to my friends.....Deserves 5 Star rating...Thanks Ray..Keep up the good work....!!

Reliable and an honest company to work with .Ross delivered what he promised. Would recommend it to my friends. Pricing is also competitive.Installtion was also organised on time and the entire process was pretty smooth.So far so good, cant complain.

After the initial consultation with Alex, he sent me a detailed panel layout and quote with different inverter options. Found their price very competitive and confirmed my order with Sun Max Solar within hours after reviewing it. I was given an ETA of 3 weeks for installation, however, I was contacted by their operations team two days later saying they will install next week. Due to wet weather conditions installation couldn't be completed on the initial day and had to reschedule. The installers cracked a few roof tiles but the installer told me where to source the tiles from and when they came to install the following week they replaced all the cracked tiles for me and asked me to inspect them before they wrap up the site. I am very happy with the completed installation, they cleaned up the site and took all rubbish with them. The installer has done a very neat job and connected everything to the main switch and paid nothing for the meter upgrade as it was all connected just a simple meter replacement to a smart meter. After the installation was completed Peter from operations contacted asking to clear the remainder of the invoice and all paperwork including CES, warranties were emailed to me within 3 business days. Overall good experience, they respond to every queries even if it is not responded right away, very competitive in pricing though, product quality and workmanship are pretty much same across the industry. Highly recommended.

After discussing with amazing Aaron and compared with other providers, i found that Sun Max Solar has a very competitive price as well as better customer service.Installed in Feb 23 and occasionally they are still contacting me to make sure that i don't have any problems.have referred to my friends and they told me the same thing.very recommended

Unprofessional after sales service. Got the solar system installed in Oct 21, raised 3 issues related to installation and they are still not fixed after 5 months. Every time you raise them they say that their installers are busy and will schedule a date soon. They claim to own the installers but in-fact they are just consultants, referring job to different installation companies. Think before you choose them as there is no after sales for such a expensive and long term system - you need aftersales support. Sales guy is very nice but over committees in terms of after sales. Also beware of price changes, they tend to increase the price after quoting.

Got my quote from Ross, accepted the quote and Peter and the operations team got into action.Distributor approvals arranged and 18panel 6.6kw system installed by professional install team who do use safety gear.From start to finish so good - recommend them.

I want thanks to Mr Aaron and Mr Peter, for their help for my solar system, 5.KW ,which installed already around 1 week ago. From quotation till installation ,everything done smoothly and they give me a very good price and good brand for panels and converter too. All done before chriistmas.
