I had a awesome experience with this office staff were amazing and my consultant Tash was on to it. she helped me a lot she was very tough on me making sure I was meeting my centrelink requirements and making sure I was doing all the right thingz by centrelink she respected me as a client pushed me to find job and actcually HELPED me find and sustain my job unlike my previouz provider. im now working full time and can finally provide food for my family and my son. so I highly recommend this office for all people on centrelink benefits coz they are awesome people! Tough but get the job done

Hey there, this was like 2012, I had left school because I lost interest due to metal health, so I put with job prospects and I told them I was looking for opportunities in something that I would have love and job working which was in the field of biology science or more precisely working with animals which the case worker I had was polite but brushed off what I wanted and told me I'm better off doing warehousing cert III. Just because someone left schooling and looks a certain way doesn't mean his fit or unfit for a career, but this was 2012 maybe they have changed so I don't know. This is something I wanted to get off my chest. I'm sorry.

Utterly disgusting and rude beyond belief. Would give zero stars if possible.The Manager, Libby, does not know what 'Neurodivergant' means and is quite adept in gaslighting to make you believe you are at fault. When this doesn't work, you are accused of lying.Please avoid here if you are disabled. They are not interested in helping people with disabilities and lack the training.

I would like to highly commend this organisation for the amazing job they do, in helping job seekers to achieve the best possible results in getting the job you are looking for.In my personal experience, the team is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, kind and fully focussed in providing us with all the options of help, that are available in the system, specially Kirsty, the employment consultant, for all the assistance, time and commitment .

Overall very disappointing. Most staff are friendly and helpful, but a few are particularly unhelpful in their role. They offered no help with resume writing, offered no help with any job referrals, offered zero leads on job opportunities. Twice appointments were made without notification and was expected to forgo paid work and study for a fortnight to do work for the dole.

My partner has been here and tells me they're incredibly rude people who don't care about your personal situation and lack any interest in what you say. Refuse to remove you off of their program and belittle you. Only care about the benefit that they get out of whatever they sign you up for and don't care if you can't comply.

Worst centerlink employment agencey ive ever delt with. Rude.. No support, but my own. Thanks for being another agency that points the finger instead of helping.
