I would give minus stars if possible..I had a claim with this law firm for a bad fall I had at the Coles supermarket which resulted in my back having bulging discs and tissue damage..I am told often I walk funny from it too.mi missed my claim date as I was also dealing with my mother dying in hospital from cancer.. then my best friend a few months later. I was told too bad I missed out and if I went elsewhere to try reopen the case I would owe GMP $70,000.00 for what small amount of work they did..a few phone calls worth $70,000.00 I don't think so. So please people find a different firm to use. One that Actually cares . because they don't especially Rita from GMP.

I had a case which the lovely Debra helped me with. Debra was absolutely AMAZING. i had people that were being difficult with my case but Debra never gave up. Debra showed a lot of empathy and respect and understanding towards myself and my case she genuinely cared. I have heard a lot of bad thing regarding solicitors and how they only care about the money, well Debra was most definitely not like that. I highly recommend her. Also the receptionists were always lovely when answering my calls. Thank you so very much.

Gerard Malouf and partners are first in service , I would recommend them to everyone. They mite not be able to help me but with courtesy towards me. Gerard Malouf even took time out of his busy day to explain things to me. He is top bloke.

Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience. Was told initially and reassured all the way through the case that my medical negligence claim was strong. After over 2.5 years a sudden change of solicitor. Case moved from district court to Supreme Court to ensure a better financial result.Unable to settle at mediation. Second mediation I was told they have better expert witnesses than we have and I should accept whatever I could get. I wanted the case to go to court but was persuaded that if I lost GMP would have to pursue me for costs.The other party offered ***k inclusive. I accepted. I, now disabled, while GMP take 275k in costs. I get far less than GMP. GMP won while I lost I feel.This settled on the 8 th December and despite several calls no one has contacted me since from GMP.I am left unable to afford the care I need. Please be careful of no win no fee. It’s not true.Despite the reply, no one from Gerard Malouf has contacted me in regard to review of the result or to make me “genuinely happy”

Great experience with Gerard Malouf & Partners. My claim was settled at mediation. Susan Newman and Joanne Holden were amazing the whole way through, they explained each step to me and responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I was very happy with the outcome and received more compensation that I expected. Would definately recommend.

Firstly I’d like to thank Ayse at GMP for being very diligent in achieving a result beyond expectations. I highly recommend GMP for Workers Compensation claims.

I was overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion shown to me by GMP Law. I sent an email outlining the neglect of a Nursing Home which led to my Mothers death. It wasn’t feasible for GMP Law to take my case due to me living in another state. Even so they took the time to call me and offer their condolences in a very compassionate way. If they treat a stranger with such empathy when there is no gain for them then I could only imagine the level of care and service that they offer their clients.

I found the whole experience extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least.I originally contacted GMP as I had a bad experience with another law firm, I was told from the start with great confidence that they would be more than capable of taking on my case with a positive result and a quick resolution.The case was then dragged out for year’s eventually coming to a close with GMP receiving a substantially greater some of my money then I did.I found it to be an extremely stressful and negative experience, they danced around all questions and basically made me feel unheard.Would definitely not recommend.
