I loved my experience here, I saw Bhakti and she was wonderful, so kind and easy going and clearly experienced. My lashes are so lifted and defined. Very pleased.

I came in not feeling very happy with myself and my appearance. I explained what I was not happy with and the lady working made sure I left feeling that little bit more confident. Anywhere else I’ve been they don’t really care about what you want or what you ask for. I was almost in tears but she made me feel comforted and heard. Will definitely be coming back !

Extremely disappointing service at this store. I have always been a loyal customer and came here for my eyebrows with Gagan. But there is another Indian lady of middle aged with long black hair who ties her ponytail, she is extremely rude, have no sense of customer service and just wants her way through everything and is very grumpy.Today ( 29th December at 12) I came in at 12 and there is no customer at all at this point, however, she told me this exact thing that she was on her lunch break until 12:50 and to book appointment for 12:50 or 12:45 if also fine. I happily agreed and specifically said, “okay! 12:50 is good for me “.After waiting for almost more than half an hour (40-45mins), I came back at around 12:55pm, and she had already taken another customer who had appointment at 1pm. And told me come back again after 1 hour. I requested to May be finish my eyebrows first since it doesn’t take that long and I had my appointment first and she took the other client before her actual appointment time, but she started raising her voice and in a very rude manner denied she can’t and have to come back again after 1 hour.This happened with this same lady before as well in the previous incident when she denied me for threading half an hour earlier than their closing time, so I remember this lady . I know she is very experienced and could be an old staff but her arrogance could be seen in her service. There was no apology but rather extremely rude behaviour when I expressed my disappointment, which is very valid at this point. She shouted at me from the other room infront of the other customer and told me not to come back again. Shocking !! But this could be because she has long term employment with the owner and she knows they can’t kick her out.I have always received 10/10 service from Gagan, where she managed to go beyond the limit, which is why I had always recommended this salon to my friends and family as well. However, now I will make sure that I never come back here and let others know about the horrible experience and service.

Got my eyelashes, lifted and tinted and my brows done looks amazing!! Definitely will be coming back. The lady was so sweet and made sure to let me know everything she was doing step-by-step. Also love the pretty pink interior!

I always get my lashes done but never ever have I experienced this from a salon before. Was booked to get hybrid eyelash extensions done the girl at the salon take less than an hour to put them on I look at them and just shocked how natural they looked went back home followed instructions however they eyelashes were falling out so quickly, they where not glued in properly and one fake lashes was glued into more than one natural lashes which made it very uncomfortable I paid $150 for lashes that damaged my natural lashes. I reached out but they only wasted my time by asking useless question and refused to refund my money. So I highly don’t recommend this place please don’t get scammed like me.

Absolutely recommend!! Bhakti is the sweetest woman and really takes your opinions into consideration. Double checks everything before it’s too late! 5 star treatment!

I have been using their services (mainly lash extension and brow threading with henna) for the last 2 years now. Gagan is my go-to person! Always making my lashes and eyebrows looking fresh.
