The scratch and dent store and vacuume repair workshop. Seems to be just additional to the product warehouse and run as that. Sales were very honest and helpful with the stock they had to help get the best value for my money.

updated 23/8/22 still the same response every I call.... I,m informed that they are to busy and hang up, .................................... My coffee machine model cva 4060 replacement cost is about the same as as a small second hand car $6000.00 to $8,000.00 , then I could drive to the local coffee shop for $5.00 a take away coffee that,s an alternative to endless problems , service simply does not exists the service department has left me on hold for 16 minutes plus on 3 occasions , spare parts on line does not show the part I need ..Miele is over rated over priced and under serviced ....update 28/7/22 just tried to call again 3 times told they we to busy and hung up ....Trevor Adelaide

The Adelaide B Stock Centre provide fairly poor service, phones will ring out, I'll leave a message to call back and won't receive a call back, they are hesitant to find out how many hours of use on a machine there are. I much prefer the service given by the standard call centre, at least you know you will speak to someone. The products, range and price here however are great.

Staff were helpful with options they had in stock and prices were excellent.
