Mirraweena Cottage
Our stay at Mirraweena cottage was absolutely magical. The photos don’t do the views justice!!! When we arrived, everything was beautifully set up - local pinot noir, apple juice, almond milk for coffees, cheese platter and Bircher muesli for breakfast the day after. The locally baked bread was phenomenal with the butter, dukkah and olive oil that was provided in the cottage. Once you head out of the bifold doors, you can’t take your eyes off the amazing view with nothing but the sounds of nature. We spent majority of our time outside on the porch - reading our books, playing guitar, watching the stars. Jane and Michael were amazing hosts, super friendly and wonderful to chat to. We really didn’t mind the 25min drive into Orange, and Millthorpe is only a 10min drive away! We wished we could’ve stayed longer, and we will definitely be back :) Thanks Jane and Michael for allowing us to experience the beauty of your property - we couldn’t be happier we found your cottage to stay in!Liz & Aaron

Mirraweena Cottage
Beautifully decorated cabin. Warm & inviting hosts. Stunning location. Air so clean, stars so bright! The room, towels & bedlinen smelt like a soft-scented delicate fragrance. Chickens to greet you, breakfast ready in fridge & a bottle of wine to get your weekend started. You could not ask for more. The surrounding towns of Millthorpe & Carcoar are a must-see.. Would stay again.

Mirraweena Cottage
Having Googled b&b’s near me, Mirraweena pops up first in line. I didn’t hesitate to call Jane because, by all appearances it was exactly what I needed. However once I arrived, starting with the enormous pine trees lining the driveway, guiding me up to the most precious little cottage. Once inside, I could finally breathe out.Jane has created a slice of heaven, from the luxurious linen, the fresh white furnishings and all the coffee, wine & cheese imaginable. But for me it was the view! Huge, bi folding glass doors, opening onto an adorable verandah, cane chairs, sweetest little private garden ..... then the view. The undulating, iridescent green hills, demarcated by tree lines and paddocks, offering a vista as far as the eye could see. Early Spring bought with it changeable weather, treating me to 4 seasons in one day and all 3 days after that.I urge everyone with a need for peace and privacy to take the 3.5 hour drive from Sydney, (once our world settles down) to go - poste haste! Jane will look after you, whatever you may need. For me it was a privilege through & through.

Miraweena Cottage is everything we wanted and more. Jane was so great to deal with, friendly and polite and incredibly hospitable. We arrived late and were greeted with the heater and lights on. It was all these little touches that added to the experience.. a lovely bottle of wine, granola and milk amongst others.Highly recommend!

Mirraweena Cottage
This is a lovely place to get away from it all and totally unwind. The views are stunning and the peace very relaxing. I highly recommend this property for a long weekend. The cottage is beautifully dressed with a king sized bed, chairs for relaxing indoors and out and a bathroom with the best towels ever. On arrival we had delicious cheese and biscuits with a local bottle of wine and breakfast is supplied. Thank you Jane and Michael for a lovely weekend.

Mirraweena Cottage
An amazing location for a weekend away! Jane was very accomodating and made every effort to ensure we had an excellent stay. The cottage provided excellent views out towards Mount Canobolas at sunset, sunrise or in the middle of the day. It was the perfect place to curl up in one of the comfy chairs next to the heater and read a good book. It is also conveniently located for short drives to Carcoar, Milthorpe and Blayney.

Mirraweena Cottage
Staying at Mirraweena Cottage was an absolute dream. Communication before we arrived at the cottage was excellent and this great hospitality continued on our arrival, with a yummy cheese platter and some local wine awaiting us, a beautiful and comfy cottage with all the amenities you could need, an incredible view, yummy breakfast provided with tea/coffee/juice and a huge comfy bed. We had an amazing host, checking in on us to see if we needed anything extra, but also giving us our privacy. Will absolutely be back!

Mirraweena Cottage
For those couples who are looking for the perfect country getaway, then Mirraweena cottage is it. Don’t bother looking anywhere else. A 15-minute drive to the picturesque town of Millthorpe, the cottage has everything you need. The cottage is clean and warm, but the main highlight is the setting. You get to open the blinds every morning and be treated to the rolling hills of the countryside and the only noise being the sounds of the birds singing. Jane is a fabulous host and truly cares about her guests, making sure they have the best experience. All the little touches around the cottage (like Milk and Coffee on arrival) make a huge difference. We would easily stay again!
