Rooms clean. Allowed late check in. Rooms good standard. Has everything, basic furniture and decor. Pillows are like rocks thou. Otherwise reasonable stay for the price.

I booked my daughter in here for accommodation to sit her exams as it is a very quick walk to Monash University Clayton. The communication with staff at the Motel is 100% customer friendly and the pride they take in their accommodation is second to none. It is not the newest accommodation, however from the moment you drive in, the windows are literally sparkling they are so clean. The room and bathroom was completely spotless, comfortable and had a microwave, kettle, fridge and microwave, it is easy to see that the owners really take immaculate care of their premises. As a parent from the country, this motor inn was a Godsend and Graham the owner is just lovely to talk to. If you have children who have to stay near Monash for exams or lectures etc., then look no further. I will be booking my daughter in here for the duration of her degree and am so glad that I found it. Thank you Graham and I look forward to seeing you again.

I had booked for double rooms but got only 1 room with kitchenette and 2 beds instead, rooms were not very spacious but it is ok. Cleaning the rooms was very often and at times there were some cockroaches in room

extremely dirty and it could've just been my room but it was infested with ants so much everywhere, especially the bathroom I couldnt take a shower, and leaving my luggage in the room for a day had ants all over my clothes, the reception did not seem very friendly either and was annoyed when i was trying to check in and asked a question

Rooms very clean. Shower hot water excellent, all linen spotlessly clean.

Very easy five stars. Stayed in a kitchenette room and although hardly needed to make use of these extra facilities it was good to make a note of them for future reference, as a longer stay will mean doing my own meals. Very comfortable bed, big T.V, clean, cosy. Will almost certainly return. Fair price as well.

Overall my stay was sufficient. Room and bathroom, clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, cookies, mini fridge, towels where good. Communication with office was helpful as I was checking in out of hours. Location is right on a highway, constant loud trucks and speeding cars and motorbikes through out the night, took a while to get to sleep.

A great place for new students looking for temporary accomodation near Monash University while trying to settle down!-Situated within walking distance to most nearby rental properties for inspection purposes-8 mins walk to Centrecom if you need to buy electronics-10 mins walk to Woolsworth for grocery at M-city shopping centre (a lot of asian cuisine too!)-10 mins walk to McDonalds-12 mins walk to 7-11 if you forget to buy Myki card at the airport-12 mins walk to Everyday Supermarket (asian grocery store)-10 mins bus to IKEA-15 mins bus to Clayton shopping plaza, all major banks, real estate office are here (Coles and Hong Kong supermarket here too!)-20 mins bus to Chadstone shopping centre, major network provider here like Telstra and Optus (major grocery stores and furnishings here)

Fantastic place to stay. Walking distance to Monash medical centre and nearby private hospitals. Friendly and accommodating staff. Absolutely spotless rooms. Can't recommend highly enough!

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Short walking distance to Monash University (north), M-city mall (east) or the petrol station (west). Near the petrol station there is also an awesome Taiwanese food with sedap food. Room was relatively clean but needs maintenance. Hair dryer wasn’t working. Very difficult to control the heat of the water, it will go from freezing cold to scalding hot.
