Unfortunately no one took responsibility.The staff were so helpful an informative.Our car was repaired to perfection and they went the extra mile to detail the car an arranged a pickup time that fitted in with our work schedule.

Had the misfortune to require crash repairs following an altercation with Skippy. (Pajero 4, Skippy 0.5)WCC were able to fit me in a short notice which was great with the end of school holidays approaching and the need for daily commutes about to recommence.Quality of the workmanship was excellent with the vehicle returned to me looking better than before Skippy decided to end it all under my front wheel.I was particularly happy with their advocacy on my behalf with my insurance company which led to brand new parts being used instead of second hand parts from the wreckers. This did add some time to the repairs, but the result was worth the wait.If your insurer gives you a choice of repairer, and your within reasonable distance of Yamanto/Ipswich, I highly recommend these guys.

Arranged my car to be repaired with a 4 week wait time and advised that it will take 4 days to repair. After 4 days of having my car I was informed that the parts required haven't arrived yet and the repair is not finished. Despite knowing for a month that my car is coming they only ordered parts a week before the actual date. Upon collecting my car I've also realized that the tailgate of the car wasn't touched at all , let alone repaired as agreed and I was on the receiving end of yelling and swearing from the business owner. They refused to accept my car back once the parts arrive and I have to organize another repairer through my insurance company. I would recommend anybody considering to do business with them to look anywhere else. Unprofessional attitude, poor workmanship, poor quality of the work.
