Take the negative reviews here with a grain of salt as there’s always two sides to a story.My initial interaction with Walkers Real Estate was nothing short of positive. As I was new to the area, I attended the office in person to get a feel for the market before purchasing our next home. June seemed extremely busy (it was a Monday morning) but dropped everything to sit down and discuss my needs. Nothing was an issue and June provided some great insight into the areas most likely to retain their value long term. The other agencies I visited that day either weren’t open or seemed disinterested that I was “just another buyer” due to the fast paced nature of the market at the time.A few months later my wife and I ran into June at an open house and, again, she was extremely polite and helpful with our queries. She even remembered things about me during our previous chat completely unrelated to our property search!Even though we didn’t end up buying through June, her approach prompted me to recently refer her agency’s services to our outgoing landlord from whom we were renting privately.
