I heard many bad things about this Vinnies and today I experienced it. These people have serious attitudes issues, aren't charities people supposed to be nice and helpful? I can't believe it

I was interested in volunteering there once a week but changed my mind as the manager was beyond disrespectful. Smug attitude and no class “I don’t care about your experience”. Who raised you? How can anyone want to volunteer or continue to work there?

prices are over eBay prices there getting this stuff for free and charging it all for profit if you are thinking of getting a good deal here you won’t more of a pawn shop then a op shop.

I've been to many op shops and this has got to be the biggest rip off place in NSW. You'd think they have to pay for merchandise with the amounts they charge on everything in here. I like supporting charity but the manager of this and mt Pritchard store are just overpricing stuff.

Massive selection of retro games and consoles which is great but the problem is they charge very high prices for them. I’m torn because the money goes to charity, but vinnies are also supposed to be shops that help support people that might be struggling, so charging these high prices seems unfair. The manager is a super friendly guy though and very helpful. He will go out of his way to help you find what you want. If it was cheaper this place would be a gold mine, but if you can afford eBay prices then getting your retro stuff online might be easier.

Store manager over charges for basic stuff. There are comic books from FREE COMIC BOOK DAY which they are charging $5 for, you can literally go around the corner to the comic book shop by the library and get the same ones FOR FREE.So many items in this store are way over priced including broken consoles with missing parts and scratched games. If you want some cheap clothes you're better off going to the Op Shops near Authentic Thai Delight a few streets awayHave seen the store manager be rude to staff and customers on more then one occasion .If you are struggling financially, please don't shop here, it's a waste of time. You run a charity shop not an antique store.

Strangest Vinnies store I have been to. They are selling some things in there at what seems to be for-profit prices like collector's items or retro video games etc. Is this ethical? aren't the things here donated? the prices are unreasonable for a charity shop. The rest of the store is what you would expect from a Vinnies.

The worst vinnies to all nsw. It looks like is not just me. I love the Shopping centre. I never step foot to that opshop since 2018. It is not just the prices, the ppl who are working there are soo horrible.
