DO NOT USE. Faye Gough is the most offensive and belittling real eastate agent i have ever come across. She claimed to make life hell if we were to dispute her claim on our bind or $300 as she believed we had patched and repaired a wall “insufficiently”. The wall in question was behind the tv the entire time and her claim was ridiculous. Also there was a conflict of interest as she knew the owner well. The fact thar a person of this nature is in control of people’s lives and living situation is absolutely obscene and unfair. I have never seen a person take so much joy in making others suffer. It’s disgusting. Never rent through them.

We had two properties with Faye for years, and found her very good at first. She has let us down badly in our experience with one difficult tenant and we have now changed agent. She has been taken to QCAT for failing to pay invoices for works claimed to be undertaken By the thenant. This is unjustified as she and we owe the tenant nothing in relation to these fake invoices. The disappointing thing is rather than facing this professionally she has actively tried to throw us under the bus on several ovcasssions. She also charged up $1500 for a final clean, that I found very excessive. And meant we were out of pocket even after the tenants bond was used to cover all exit costs.

I will not rent through Go Rentals ever again. I have been a property owner, and have rented most of my life. We leased a property through Go Rentals for 12 months (the property was beautiful) and moved simply because it became too stressful to interact with Fay. I have never come across anything like the way Fay runs her business and treats clients; she was incredibly unprofessional. We needed to issue a “notice to remedy breach” from the RTA on multiple occasions to have urgent maintenance requests even acknowledged, much less remedied. Until that point every communication was ignored. When Fay did respond she was incredibly rude (borderline abusive). It was so stressful having to contact her because you were either ignored or spoken to appallingly. New to Queensland, we learnt a lot about the tenancy laws in Queensland by renting through Fay. The RTA were a wonderful help. If you do rent through Go Rentals, my advice would be to have the RTA’s number on speed dial.How she still has her real estate license is beyond me.

Over the 10years that Faye @ Go Rentals has managed our property she has been extremely efficient and nothing was ever a problem. I would not hesitate to use this agency again and highly recommend them.

Do not rent from Go Rentals! The worst, most unprofessional property manager I have ever come across in my experience as a tenant. Don’t expect maintenance to be carried out in a timely manner (if at all!) and certainly don’t expect major urgent repairs to be handle professionally or ever be completed. Expect that your bond won’t be returned without a fight, due to pure fabrications on Faye’s part. If you do end up unfortunately renting from this property manager I recommend having the RTA on speed dial because you’re gonna need it.

Wow. What can I say, it started with a dishwasher that had an electrical fault that was never fixed or replaced...we bought our own after 3 months of no action. Came to the end of our lease when we were moving out. Got hit with a list of faults to rectify...90% were false, such as repainting walls poorly, oil marks in garage,pin holes in walls. Luckily I had documented in the entry report about the poor paint quality...only because I initially thought it was dirty walls. Strangely the RTA STATED they had never had our details lodged with them so it would have been very hard for us to get our refund if we had not of made contact with them.

I can recommend Go Rental as the Agent of choice in either looking for a new rental to live in or having your valuable investment property managed. I now have 5 properties managed by Go Rentals and could not be happier. My tenants have never had an issue that we could not fairly work out. The service that Fay provides is professional far beyond other agents I have used in the past or currently use now. Go Rentals keeps the balance between the Tenants rights and the Landlords interest. It's not always an easy balance but I believe Fay manages it well. All properties (and people) have issues at times, and it's how those issues are managed that sets the business apart. ALL my dealing with Go Rentals have been favourable and I can honestly refer them as my agent of choice. Thanks to Fay and the team for a great job. Regards Dave.

This agent is a disgrace. Could not agree more with the other reviewers. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Disrespectful, treats you with complete arrogance, i have never met anyone like it. As a landlord, the agent does not act in your best interest, withholds payments and feeds you with partial information and lies. As a tenant be warned your life will be hell. Forget ever getting your bond back. I would never ever let this agent manage my property or rent through them. If we crossed paths one more time in my life it will be one too many. I would rather sell my property then let them manage it and if renting you would live a more peaceful life in a hostel. This agent needs investigating. I really don't know how they are in business.

Go Rentals and Faye Gough have been the best and fairest agents I have ever experienced in decades of renting properties. Faye has always done her best for us, seen promptly to any need for a repair or adjustment. I thoroughly recommend her and her staff at Go Rentals to any prospective client. She can be strict if she has to be but not unduly so and only with good reason.
