I am saddened by the constant rude service I have experienced by the same lady each time I have visited. Nothing wrong with the drinks or food, but the service is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be spoken to poorly.

Not only amazing coffee but such amazservice and is my number on place to go for the best coffee in town.Not only is it kid friendly but the food range is awesome and caters for all.Just a truly amazing Cafe for all.

Coffee is good , but too much chit chat and complaints about other difficult customers while being served , moderate friendly talk is what customers expect.

The burger was obviously pre made and re heated and when I went to complain that it wasn’t worth the price the lady pretty much spat in my face and said she’s never had a complaint and I’m wrong, the burger was made that day, which may be so but it was still re heated. I don’t care if it was or wasn’t just wasn’t worth the $12 for a disgusting re heated burger.. the owner also wasn’t very nice to her staff, obviously also didn’t understand how to handle customers very well and is setting a bad example for her staff, coming from someone who has been in the hospitality and customer service industry for years, bad owner who thinks they are always right and knows everything

One of our favourite cafes on the CC.Staff are very willing to provide great service.Spotlessly clean, food is always fresh and delicious. Customers have a chat with each other at the tables. Friendly environment and has quality coffee too!

Running a cafe is an incredibly hard thing to do especially in these unprecedented times. I have worked in hospitality and in cafes/restaurants for over 5 years now so I know how hard it can be when people feel entitled to special treatment and feel they have nothing better to do than negatively write reviews not even explaining in a kind manor that they had a unpleasant experience here. I believe whether the review is positive or negative, it should be explained exactly what the problem was instead of being rude just to make a point. Randa (the lady behind the counter) has on countless occasions been the reason that my day has gone from bad to good. She’s shows up everyday and serves the community with respect and courtesy and I don’t think we can really ask for anything else. Sorry for the long response. I wanted to shine a bit of a light on this business as it has remained loyal to the community and to its customers for many years now and I have never had a negative experience here. Great delicious, consistent coffee and loyal service.Sincerely,Erin Morris.

Coffee was good and tasty. I wasn’t able to get any food since the only staff member in there said poaching just one egg wasn’t worth her time. An underwhelming experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

I never write reviews but this lady was so unprofessional. I ordered and waited while she was just chit chatting around. Would not recommend.
