Force Fitness Gym 24/7

Just started my latest fitness effort at this new gym only 7 minutes walk from home! So far so good with friendly and helpful staff. I have my first PT session tomorrow after having two easy, light sessions on equipment by myself.

If I could give them less I would. Most unorganised gym and useless admin. Key fob didn't work half the time to get in other members had to let you in, had to let other members in on occasions. Gym equipment is so chaotic bench press is so close to other equipment if you want a spotter then you better not be benching heavy because your spotter needs to be a twig. Cancelled my membership because they were useless and somehow that process has been more difficult than you would expect, after requesting confirmation of date etc I finally get a document to say it's cancelled and a final date for billing, still somehow getting charged for membership from them after the last payment date they had put in the letter, never answer their phone when you call, good luck getting a response via email in a reasonable time frame as well, sent an email once and weeks after I managed to reaolve the issue they respond back and if you go in during staffed hours good chance you will find they are unstaffed most of the time. If you want a good experience at a gym go anywhere else. Absolutely worst gym in Perth.

Been to 4 Gyms so far and this is by far the best one! Excellent quality equipment by Arsenal Strength, excellent personal trainers who don’t only have a great sense of humour but also are very knowledgeable and professional in their field and just great overall vibes and culture throughout the gym. “A gym with the best equipment but bad culture is a bad gym, a gym with the worst equipment but the best culture is a good gym” this gym has the best equipment and culture!

If I could give lower stars I would. I signed up this gym was recommend by a friend I trained twice there and found there wasn’t enough weight for equipment. If you have a few big people you have to wait constantly till plates are free. All the weights are mixed matched. There’s no vibe at all. I i contacted ages ago to have my membership cancelled and they said they would organise it to be done. I thought they had cancelled it but then month ago got a bill for outstanding balance which was a lot I explained the situation and they kept stuffing around constantly and the bill kept racking up. Customer service is extremely poor they never contact you and you can never get ahold of the actual person you need to talk to about cancelling membership. It’s extremely disorganised business it’s never manned. Eventually I get abs email saying they have reduced the bill which I still don’t know why I’m paying I only trained there twice out of 9 months signed there which it should have already been cancelled ages ago. I will not recommend this place to anyone it just poorly run. There are 24/7 gyms that are far cheaper and better equipped.

Cancelling from this place has been the most difficult experience I've faced and it's still on going. I cancelled months ago because I moved interstate and I still got random and sporadic Direct Debits, some of over $120 dollars.The only contact option is email. The phone number is disconnected.I had to resort to blocking the merchant with my bank.I'm not alone. Just look at the comments on social media.

Great set up of equipment and all hand picked to allow trainers to maximise performance and results. Good blokes too, who love health and fitness. I feel this gym is suitable for all types of people. I'm a busy father and worker so train 4 x 45 min sessions a week so the gym needs variety and this gym has it.

The only gym in Perth that isn't a cookie-cutter transplanted franchise like Revo, Snap, Goodlife, Jetts etc. The staff show genuine interest in their clients and support them in their personal growth/fitness journeys. The force-fitness community is diverse and welcoming to all kinds of people from all over the globe. Force-Fitness staff are diligent in responding to emails/calls and are generous with their time. If you are looking to; build muscle, lose weight, get fit, have a great coffee or find high-quality fitness professionals to ensure that you reach your fitness aspirations... You will find any and all of things at Force-Fitness Osborne Park. 6 stars.

Just a warning to everyone else looking at joining this gym.I asked to sign up to a non-lock in contract but I was instead handed a lock-in contract which was brought to my attention 2 months later when I asked to cancel. I was really surprised to hear i was locked in as I specifically asked to be signed up to a non-lock in contract.Gym was good.
