The Italian Bistro
Great Italian place the Spag Bol is awesome. It's my litmus test for Italian restaurants if they cant make a good Spag Bol I usually don't bother with the other stuff.They were really busy with 2 staff down when we went last time, but still catered to our (my wife's really) specific demands and everything tasted great.We don't go often but I always enjoy the food when we go.

A great chilled and relaxed environment where you can enjoy great Italian food with a family vibe. The staff treat you like your family, always pleasant always smiling always helpful. We love the Vongoli pasta, Garlic prawns and Scotch fillet. Everything is good which is why we always come back sooner than later.

Has to be one of the best Italian restaurants we have been too! The staff are just amazing! Super friendly and happy smiles all round. Pastas, pizzas & gelatos were delicious. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The Italian Bistro is the best Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at, and I've eaten at quite a few.The food is always cooked fresh, tastes delicious, and the staff are amazing, and the service is outstanding.I have friends who travel all the way from Wollongong to have dinner with me.

We have dinner. The staff was serving us kindly. Alio pasta is wonderful! I wish the pizza was not too salty. We will come again whenever we want to eat some Italian style.

The Italian bistro serves the most authentic Italian dishes I’ve ever had in the inner west suburbs. Even though it is located in the Birrong sports club the food is actually amazing and the service is great too. When you come here during weekdays or weekends prepare to line up because they are very popular among the locals. I tried to come here several times during the week and the wait was extremely long. It is better to come here during lunch when there are less people and the lines are shorter. Generally speaking there actually are no lines when you come during lunchtime. I had the Pescatore linguine and added a little bit of chilli oil and Palmerson for extra taste. It was superb.

Food was tasty but portion sizes are left to be questioned. $27.50 for a thin 12 pizza. Chicken schnitzel was tiny

My favourite Italian place due to the quality of the food, consistently good customer service and the prices have remained reasonable. We've had a lot of things from their menu as a family over the years and never had a reason to complain. They also have a great range of kids meals too. Highly recommend.

The Italian bistro has a great selection of pasta and pizza. From menue we choose Tuna carpaccioand olives stuffed with feta , delicious , spaghetti and gamberi risotto...really nice
