Australia Post - Brisbane Pf Bulk Dock

I used to respect Australia Post... and then I worked there.If you get your parcel it's more by luck than management.Incompetent floor staff, dysfunctional systems, outdated processes.

My parcel was mistakenly sent to North Queensland so I redirected it to the correct address in Brisbane. The parcel was at your facility on Friday, Hooray! Tracking shows it's now on its way back to North Queensland.

I work at this depot as a subcontractor for parcel delivery.I can tell you it is run by 2 very nasty women, one of whom is a massive racist.They pick at us over minuscule things (when we are not even employed by them) and ignore the important things, like a box of wine that sat on a shelf for 3 weeks, and cages just left.The aus post workers throw your parcels around from cage to cage, sometimes up to 6 metres. Too bad if something lands on your fragile parcel.As delivery drivers we get the rough end of the stick- dealing with the public who are not happy with the service, and we have NO control.They have changed our start times to suit themselves and their cost saving flights to get the parcels here.So it might say overnight or express but how can they guarantee that now??

Absolutely horrible, my package has been here for ages after paying for a quick delivery it has been at the underwood warehouse for so long way past when it was suppose to arrive. I live 10 minutes away and am ready to walk over there myself and pick up the parcel, too bad its already gone past the event I needed it for. Absolutely appalling service and honestly this place should be shut down due to our packages basically going there to die, and the already large amount of bad reviews I can see. So frustrating I just want my damn package and not even a way to contact and ask where the hell it is!

Consistently delivers parcels to the wrong address in the wrong street No means of contact that I can find 131318 number is useless

ABSOLUTE ANIMALS!!! So i think everyone knows Australia post hires a lots of extra staff over the busy christmas period to help them process the large amounts of mail being recived from the public, what people dont realise is that there's a very unhealthy/ugly culture of bullying at Australia post, Full time staff enjoy the pleasure of persecuting, degrading and demoting the temporary workers, permanent employee's general hatered for temporary staff has become a virus which Australia post staff turn a blind eye to & allow this discussing prision like bad behaviour to continue.Management at Auspost need to take a serious look at themselves & their poisionious union! don't say i didn't warn you.

This place is the worst Australia Post facility in Australia. Been calling all day and no1 picked up the phone. My parcel took 1 day from Sydney to Brisbane yet it’s been sitting at this facility for 6 days now and I live 2 streets away in the same suburb. Unbelievable how this place is still open or even operating. My 6 year old can do a better job running this failure of a place. Something needs to be done ASAP

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Paid for express post, parcel arrived at Underwood parcel facility on 18/12 @ 23.49pm. I emailed the company it was coming from on 23/12 for them to find out where it is only to have the tracking updated on 24/12 @ 08.57am to say it is in transit"

I had a package being delivered from China that sat in the Underwood depot for 2 days before they sent it to Hong Kong. By the look of the reviews, I'm surprised it wasn't stolen. A big thank you to whoever messed up this delivery along with the no doubt countless others. Most of which are more than inconvenienced by this piss poor effort.
