We dealt with MARQ as tenants and they were always very communicative and helpful. They had a convenient app to track and log maintenance requests, which was super useful. We especially received great service from our agent Bek Tarnawskyj. Bek was wonderful and was always attentive and helpful whenever we had issues. Bek was very accommodating and made our move out process seamless, I cannot commend her more. After hearing lots of horror stories of REA's it was very heartening to have had the pleasure to deal with MARQ and Bek. 10/10 would recommend.

I couldn’t recommend MARQ as a real estate you choose for your next property enough! Did so well with helping me find a property that suited my needs while I was pregnant and helped immensely with any issues as quickly as they could. Emma was a fantastic property manager while I lived in my last rental and I am so glad to have her as my property manager in my next rental. MARQ make things very easy for me and goes above and beyond to help me and my family ☺️

Our building company work closely with MARQ real estate.There communication is on point and I love working with the team on a daily basis. I have never dealt with a real estate like them! All the Property Manager's/ Senior Manager's are hands down the best you can get. So efficient and on top of owner & tenant requests. Absolutely loved working with Natalie, Jason and Rachel, they took such amazing care when helping me with the whole process of selling my house. I was so anxious and worried and they put me at ease every step of the way. They kept the communications open from the start and all along the way. They helped me with the solicitors and timing for settling. They took the burden away from me and allowed me to simply enjoy the process and celebrate the end result. I would choose them over and over again with any future sales and would recommend them to anyone!
