Friendly service and great with communication. Had peace of mind when arranging my sister’s Hens. Events coordinator and our salsa dance instructor were very professional and super fun! Xx

The team at House of Hens were so helpful! They helped me pull off an epic hens day for my bestie by making (what seemed like) the impossible, possible. They were always there to answer my calls/questions, kept me updated throughout the whole process and were genuinely lovely to deal with. Would definitely organise another event with them.

Do NOT recommend.Absolutely useless. The planner had zero knowledge of what is available and provided no value. She did not book event and told me that it was booked, I called the vendor and they had told them that the session that house of Hens enquired about was not available on offer itself and vendor responded to them on the day of enquiry itself declining availablity and providing alternatives. House of Hens told me that this was already booked.For other another activity (winery tour and flower crown making) I hoped to include, House of Hens told me that the activity that I was requesting was not offered at all by any vendor along with brunch.This was also listed in their own website btw. I called the vendor and found that this was available and open for booking! When I came back to House of Hens with the information, they quoted me nearly double the vendor price noting delay in booking and inclusion of activity. The delay is caused by them and the vendor doesn't charge for delays!Also, they sent me an itenary which was so vague directing us to go into the CBD and find a hotel to eat (not specified where and no options provided), go to a bar (not specified and no options provided) and listed the specific activies I requested at booking.Also, their website and quote said their platform will handle collection of payments from the group only to be informed that the service is unavailable after I paid the deposit.Utterly ZERO value for money.I decided to cut my loss and book all vendors by myself, this was so much easier than dealing with them.House of Hens wasted my planning time and deposit with them. If you like your time and money, please avoid House of Hens.

House of Hens made my event one to remember! All of my friends and family were so happy with how our day went, the team went above and beyond for my very special day! Would definitely recommend!!

Everything was amazing! There was not a single thing to fault, we had the most experience with each venue. The dance class and scavenger hunt were so much fun, both Misty from the dance class and Zane from the scavenger hunt were amazing and made it all so much fun. I would recommend them to everyone! And to Jade from House of Hens, thanks again for everything, you have been so great to deal with! You were very patient when we had no idea what we wanted to do. We couldn’t thank you enough honestly!

When my bestie asked me to plan her hens, I thought it was going to be incredibly overwhelming - and it was; until I stumbled across House of Hens!Poppy helped me plan and book a full weekend of fun for our group, and our bride to be couldn’t have been happier!!Such an easy process that resulted in the best weekend of our lives!11/10 for communication too, Poppy was extremely attentive and passionate and our whole bridal party can’t thank her and House of Hens enough!!

House of Hens was an absolute life saver! They definitely made the stress of planning an eventful day very easy. There were so many options to choose from, and a range of budgets catered for.Communication was very easy, and all my questions answered straight away. Planning our Bride-to-be's hen party was made incredibly easy because of House of Hens. They were very helpful and had great communication. Any questions, queries or concerns we had from start to finish were immediately answered and dealt with quickly. Very impressed and would recommend! Not really recommended to book your Hen’s Party with this company. Me and my friend had Scavanger Hunt Hen’s Party. The itinerary that they sent it to us was absolutely great. I love it. And yesterday is the day, we’ve just had 1 person from their Organizer gave us the file that included maps and instructions and some activities that we have to do (bars around Perth). The idea was great, but definitely they lack of staff. We split by two groups. I thought there will be 2 people from the organizer will following us and make sure we do a right thing. Long short story, whenever we did strolling around bars most of the staffs feeling a bit annoyed and because we kinda have to disturbed their customers to do some photos and activities with us.I didn’t expected this company never mentioned or doesn’t have any cooperation before hand with all the bars that we have to visited. It’s a bit insane. If I knew earlier that they doesn’t have any cooperation about this event I wouldn’t using their service. Because it’s 100% so awkward with the staffs and customers. So we literally just need to send photos to the EO with the activity that we’ve done. They was mentioned no technology was allowed. And several stuffs that even not on our Hen’s Party on that day. At the end, we got bubble and Chocolate for the prize. Me and my friends not really happy with their service. I am the one who arrange this and I felt bad for them cause is not really worth it with the money that we’ve paid and a lot of misleading information that they mentioned on our itinerary. Hopefully you guys will have a better service in the future. This is just honest review from your customer.
