These guys act as a parcel delivery point. If you've had your package delivered here... Good luck.At first they denied having received it only to get angry at me when I returned 5 minutes later having spoken to UPS who confirmed it was dropped off the day before. He refused to go look for it for a further 20 minutes saying he had other things to do. When he did decide to look for it it took 5 seconds. He was just being spiteful that I caught him lying about not having the package.I've never experienced rude behaviour from any service staff anywhere. Pradeep was his name.

The staff here are incredibly rude and unprofessional consistently. It's clear that the 7-11 brand do not care about service standards at all. Poor hygiene and very poor service.I see the owner has chosen a generic response. It's clear based on the reviews, there is a major issue yet the owner chooses a disingenuous response!! Read the reviews!

I went there to have a cup of coffee and I was shocked by how much the coffee machines are dirty and had not been cleaned. The benches around the coffee machines were uncleaned as well. I am sure this store needs more care, especially with cleaning. I will not go there again and I do not recommend it for you.

I like this 7-11. It's always so easy to park & has all the basics you could want. Staff are friendly enough for what must be a pretty awful job. Some dodgy characters around late at night - don't make eye contact!

Tuesday, December 17.It's my second week in Australia and I have to pay everything with cash. Today I entered this 7eleven to buy a 3 dollar soda and the receptionist complained telling me that he did not accept the payment in cash since I was paying with coins. his attitude and services were extremely offensive and I felt absolutely discriminated against by him. Today I understood that in the 7eleven you are discriminated against for money and for being a foreigner

This has to be the worst 7-11 Ive ever been to, the person serving me didn't even pay attention to what I was ordering, gave me less change than what I should have gotten and when I entered he didn't show up until I asked if the store was closed. Only go here if you absolutely must.

Guys keep on top of maintaining your coffee machines, too often they are down sometimes in successive days! or out of order leaving alot of people without there coffee fix in the morning! Can do better surely!!

Dishonest staff. This morning I tried to collect a UPS parcel from here. A staff member, who apparently is the manager, said they hadn't been a UPS depot since Jan. After a couple of phonecalls to UPS it turns out this is completely untrue. If your UPS delivery is redirected here, insist on getting your parcel from them, no matter what they say.
