Placed the order for a week or so and NO one has contact me for the items out of stock. The email in the website is not working, it keep sending my email back. I need to call and ask for what't going on with my order, the lady who picked up my said she'll call back to me but she never did. Very unpleasant experience, definitely need to consider before buying.

Great customer service. Brought litter robot from them. Delivery was excellent. Ran into a few problems with the litter robot and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely will buy from them again.

Ordered cat litter and had delivered by borderexpress, they didnt put the apartment number which meant my parcel was lost. Took one month and a lot of back and forth to receive half the shipment, then a different courier had the other half and lost it aswell. They offered a partial refund and i accepted however still have not received after two weeks. Its been a nightmare to try and recover the parcels or money back. Would avoid if the delivery company is border express. Good prices on website but after having to purchase different litter because this wasn’t delivered it ended up more expensive in the long run.

First-time customer here. I was a bit reluctant purchasing my preferred dry cat food from Petso as I've never heard of this store before and the bag of food was considerably cheaper than in any other brick'n'mortar and online store. However, it was out of stock elsewhere, including well established stores like Pet Stock, Pet Circle, My Pet Warehouse and similar.To my surprise, the order was easy to make and it arrived quickly (ordered on Easter Monday evening and delivered Thursday morning). I received timely order updates and order tracking information.I'll definitely be buying from Petso again!

The worst customer service and product availability is none. If you call staff know nothing about Petso or products no matter how much information you give them. If you go to Rhodes to pick up they also don’t know and ask you to go to the website when you already done that. Don’t waste your time here. They have no clue what they’re doing nor have an idea how to treat customers or serve customers. All they know what to say is “go to the website” buy elsewhere where they actually have stock and serve customers. The worst pet shop in Australia.

They're very slow in delivering (taking them five days to dispatch) and responding to customers regarding faulty products( 5days or more). I do not recommend using Petso if you don't want to deal with delayed customer service.

Bought a lot cat litter from PESTO warehouse. Great deal and very good customer service. Been back a lot since I got my kitten in June.

I have purchased various things from Petso over the past year and have always had a great experience. They often have really good value sales which is handy for stocking up on food and tofu litter in particular. I have picked up orders from their warehouse and had things delivered via post without any issues. Staff have always been friendly to deal with.
