Katrina and the team took on our job at very short notice, literally days before auction, they organised property reports and scrutinized the contract and 32B document for legal anomalies, advising of possible issues before auction date.Once the property was secured they worked through transfers and settlements achieving a 30 day settlement.I could not be happier with the work and results.

Just the worst. I got dumped as a client! After engaging Eureka conveyancing, I was emailed a title insurance policy, which I did not want. However, if I did not want title insurance for $400 on top of conveyancing fees, I was required to sign a waiver for anything that would have been covered by title insurance including things like outstanding rates and taxes and planning and title defects. I thought that my conveyancer would be responsible for any mistakes in these areas, and would carry appropriate insurance - but the waiver they wanted me to sign specifically said if I ticked no I will be financially liable for any adverse matter affecting the property that would have been covered by a title insurance policy" I said I was uncomfortable signing the document

Eureka Conveyancing helped us with the sale of our home. This was the first time I had sold a property and Katrina gave me all the information I needed. She is a great communicator and also really great in explaining complex matters. To be honest, some things were hard for me to understand, but she was really patient and gave us so much help.
