A basic gym with all regular cardio as well as weight equipment along with good open space for floor exercises. They also TRX suspensions, ropes, sledge pulls and boxing equipment too which is great. Love the group classes in this gym specially the Fit 55 and TRX classes.Ample parking behind the gym and close to the station too.For the price, cannot fault this gym at all.A solid 5 stars from me.

Well equipped gym. It's not big but it's enough to do everything that needs to be done.It's never usually busy so I like it.Good vibes inside aswell.
