DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Took my Saeco machine that I've received off a friend a few months back to get repaired, cleaned and serviced as its been having some issues. Received it back after 2 weeks at the shop only for it to have the same issues 2 weeks later. Sent it back to get it repaired again waited another 2 weeks and still has the same issue. Took the unit to another coffee repair person only to be told the unit is in desperete need of a clean and service. So i take it the took my money and didnt do any actual repairs or actually clean the machine...

These guys don’t deserve one star. As per many many other reviews• payed fee and left machine for service• waited a week to hear back• ten days later I rang to get update - no news.• I went in to store and retrieved machine. They had not even looked at it in two weeks.I can understand if they were busy but at no time did they communicate that they were unable to provide a timely response. On two other occasions I have had poor service from these guys but continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. One machine that I took to them only needed a hose replaced but they were unable to diagnose. I only found this out when I sold it for parts on gumtree. Never again.

Avoid if you expect any kind of customer service or if you'd like your machine back in one piece and in a timely manner.They had my Breville for 6 weeks before I heard from their elusive technician. I had phoned twice and actually called to the store once in this time asking for a update, even just a timeframe, basic common courtesy. The girls at the desk said they'd investigate and call back but didn't do anything.Missed a call and received a txt to call back for a quote after 6 weeks. Called back 3 times and nothing.I finally sent a txt to the tech saying to call me when it suited him and that the customer service is appalling.Received an aggressive call back saying my machine was not worth fixing. No quote, no information on what was wrong. By this point I wanted nothing more to do with them so I said I'd get a second opinion.Picked up my machine partially dismantled with parts removed, worse than when I dropped it in. Still no information on the invoice of what was wrong.Would give no stars if I could, am going to take it further with ACCC. I've never had a worse experience dealing with a company.

Excellent and prompt service. Had our Breville Barista Pro machine repaired here, we had the machine back within a week, all covered by our warranty so didn’t pay a cent. I had a small wrist brace on when I picked it up due to a minor sprain, and the lovely staff offered to carry everything out to my car for me.

Terrible service. Part ordered 6 weeks ago. Has not arrived. Company contacted twice and refuse to refund. Avoid if at all possible.

Excellent online service! I needed a solenoid for my Breville Oracle coffee machine. I rang them, their prices were competitive and they shipped the part to me within minutes of the phone call. I installed the part and it works perfectly.

What a place, after 2 weeks of having our coffee machine you gave us a family of cockroaches to take home with us. Thanks guys, you can deny all you like but we know they came from your workshop and not our home. We will pass on the half price chemical fumigation you offered.First negative review of a business I’ve ever written which says a lot!

Dropped our coffee machine in and received no invoice, text, email or info to say it had been dropped off. Called a week later after hearing nothing. They couldn't find the machine under phone number, name or work order number. I was told all the info was input incorrectly. Finally found my machine and said someone would call back that afternoon. No phone call. I called back the following day. After being on hold I was told my machine hadn't been looked at and was under the techs bench. I asked when it would be looked at and told he was away for 10 days. When asked if another tech would look at it, I was told they all had covid.No one from your business returned my call, no one from your business told me there would be delays, or that your techs had covid. I only found out by calling your business multiple times. And still no call to me to explain, just a reply on Google reviews saying I should be ashamed. I hope your staff and your techs are well and recover soon. I also hope you treat them better than you do your customers.

Fastest delivery, ordered last night and delivered this morning. The owner is very thorough too, checked the product I ordered and found a scratch. He texted me explaining the issue and sent me another machine with with different color plus a huge bag of freshly roasted coffee bean! Thanks Nino for your excellent service.
