Watching the staff member walk around in circles at Kingsway City on a Saturday afternoon 'feather dusting' tables then still leaving them dirty and soiled. Everyone that has taken a seat in the food court has had to clean down their own tables. Such a unhygienic practice & a waste of money for centre management.

Management need to educate there employees at Kingsway on how to effectively clean down tables with antibacterial cleaner and not a feather duster. The staff wasting time walking around in circles like a lost sheep not knowing what or how to do there job effectively.
