Air conditioning was fixed however I received the most basic customer service I have ever experienced. The quote was good then after the car was fixed the mechanic told me to pay more than the said quote. It took days of energy and stress to get the car back at the said original quote. Contact was through the phone mainly and when voicemail was left the mechanic said he didn't receive it so don't even bother. The mechanic also made things up, like a break down of the price couldn't be given until next week, and that I should have brought in the car at 7am when no time was discussed. I would recommend going else where or definitely getting a written quote. Honesty is a must to create loyal customers and there was none of this here, I will not return.

Customer service at this place is the worst I have ever witnessed. If I could give a rating of zero, I would have. I went there today to just have a wire pulled out of the fuse box of my motorcycle. It would have taken 2 minutes. The guy refused to look at it and said he didn't have time. This is the fourth time I've been here for a quick job and offered no help at all. On one occasion, I went there because my car windows wouldn't work. It was about to rain and asked him for help. He refused. It turned out to be a blown fuse I replaced myself. They are rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend going to this place. They will not care about you. You have been warned.

Jeff was friendly and genuine. He was accurate and fair in his quote and did the job quicker than expected. I would recommend genuine auto electrical to anyone and I will definitely be using them next time I need work done.

Heatercore went on my car took it in. Difficult job dash has to come out. Got a quote from Jeff and a time frame when the job would be completed.Job was completed on time. Original quote was $100 extra as he regased the aircon and used genuine pipes as the ones I supplied where to thin which could have contributed to the problem. (visually inspected alot thicker). Good communication it's been a couple of weeks now a few really hot days 35+ cars running great highly recommended.

When you have as much experience with cars as I have you need a reliable auto electrician to diagnose, source parts and fix quickly. These blokes were recommended to me four years ago and have since saved me many times. They treat my wife with grace and even offered to help with installing the baby seat. The pricing is always very fair and the genuine attitude is warm and honest. We need more hard working Aussies like this team. I cannot afford new cars so this place allows me to drive older vehicles. They are always busy because they are clearly the best and yet they seem to squeeze my cars into their schedule. It is a privilege to use their services.

Put some eyelets on the end of my battery leads so I can quick connect the battery between my 4WD and Tractor. It's more practical than trying to keep a Battery in the tractor given how often I use it. Thanks.
