Worst tour experience ever (been to 40 countries and min 10 similar island tours in Australia :)Pros:- Our tour guide Jasper was awesome, he was kind and smiling all the time, he explained everything, answered all questions and made sure we were safe and happy during snorkeling.- Staff in ferry was good. They were really nice and helpful.Cons:- Tour company (also resort) does not take the slightest responsibility about you or your safety.

Took our 13yr old & 5yr old son over for 2 nights. We had one of the best weekends away" we've ever had. We ended up doing the Quad Bikes 3 times

I am an experienced Rescue level diver and after my conversation with them decided I didn't trust them to dive with.Their approach to diving seemed ad hoc and not especially focussed on safety or the safety standards I have come to expect after hundreds of dives around the world.If this is your only option to dive in Brisbane I suggest you pay particular attention to their approach to safety.

I gave one star because I cannot give a zero. Their website lets you book a tour and in the receipt they even tell you that if you are not staying in the resort to get a day pass and they even have a link to click. However, this link wasn’t working as well so I decided to call them. For almost 2 hours, their phone would either be ringing out or hang up. At one point, I managed to speak with Kyle and he put me on hold for 20 minutes and the phone hang out at this point. So I decided to go physically to speak with someone in the company. I saw Kyle who was rude and actually basically told me that it’s my fault for not reading the signs at the FERRY that said only resort guests can book tours (dude, make sure your website says that and also your receipt to reflect that and not allow people to book unnecessarily). So he said that the tour company may process the refund. So I asked if we can have a confirmation, to which he said “No, not immediately but maybe when his manager comes back tomorrow.” So my partner asked what is the best way to contact you, we were told, email us (which we did and no reply) or call us (which as previously stated was an issue of almost 2 hours)!Up to you, do you want to risk and have this experience!I suggest re-train your staff on customer service or get rid of Kyle.Will never recommend this compan

Fabulous experiences for all ability levels. I have snorkelled, parasailed and stand up paddle boarded with Tangatours in the past. Today I did my first ever dive. Alex was a fabulous instructor, James a fun skipper and Sam was full of enthusiasm for the entire experience. You always leave with a huge smile on your face

***FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE***09•10•2020Staff are very friendly. So many activities to choose from.We booked for the wreck sight seeing and fish feeding but got upgraded to marine discovery for free. I think due to the lack of participants for our booked activity. Both are activities are pretty much the same. Wreck sight seeing and fish feeding takes 45 minutes, marine discovery takes 1.5 hours. Tour was very educational and perfect for kids and family. Lots of fishes, saw the dugong but turtles were hard to find.

I did this snorkel tour once 3 years ago and once today, and it's so much better now than it was then! I wasn't rushed, saw heaps of amazing creatures, and the tour guide, Bev, was AMAZING! It was beautiful and Bevo kept us on track while giving us ample time to explore, and showed us places where turtles and wobegong sharks were likely to be and sure enough we saw both! And sting rays, and colorful fish and coral! I definitely recommend the trip now.

I recently stayed at Tangalooma island resort, hired kayaks, catamaran, snorkeling gear, saw the whales and fed the dolphins!Thoroughly enjoyed all the experiences I had, all thanks to your team.
