Dolcini Cakes
I've been a regular customer up until now, spending between $10 - $20 every time I shop. As I returned 2 and a half of the vanilla slices and told the lady that it wasn't pleasant to eat and that it tasted burnt she then said that they seemed a overcooked but they are okay. It's easy for her to say that but she's not the person that's eating them.

They were very good customer service, but had no idea why does it no longer exist anymore or is it closed temporarily.

Dolcini Cakes
Customer service is always dull. No effort into taking orders. A smile or greeting would be nice. Some of the items are delicious but then you have some that's not. I find it very expensive and portion sizes are either big or small but still cost the same.
