Hands down the best pizza I've had in Australia. Yes, you read that right; These pizzas taste like authentic Italian pizza. I can tell they use high quality and fresh ingredients because these 3 photos were taken in 3 different occasions that i ordered from this pizzeria and the pizzas were perfect every single time. This chef doesn't have to pretend his pizzas are good by adding a whole bunch of crazy toppings (unlike the bad American versions we all know) The sauce is perfectly balanced, the dough is thin and the crust has the perfect texture. My advice to future loyal customers (like me) is that when you go pick up your pizzas, ask them if they have any holidays coming soon that might cause them to close the pizzeria for a few days, that way you can have a plan B in case you call and they don't pick up the phone.

If you've never left 4680 and think that a deep pan meat lovers from Domino's is real pizza then this place may not be for you. If you think that spaghetti bolognese and chicken parmigiana is real Italian food then just go next door to the Chinese buffet and fill up on sweet and sour pork. But if you love great authentic Italian pizza and pasta then this place is right up there with those on Lygon St in Melbourne. Great service with the order to food delivery speedy I have never left this place disappointed. Great value for the quality of food. Hopefully this place will beat the odds and survive.

These pizzas are on par with the best outside Italy. The ingredients were authentic, fresh and tasty. The base was superb and blistered beautifully. Very tasty. Good service. I do not understand why this place was not heaving with locals.

Very tasty pizza and friendly staff.I recommend this place to everyone.About cutting the pizza....of course they don't!If they cut the pizza the sauce will spill making the pizza box wet and the pizza base soggy.People go to an Italian pizzeria and ask for the Australian way, and they also get mad at not having a pineapple.... but how stupid is that? :)

I have worked all over the country and purchase pizzas from everywhere I have travelled. I purchased a pizza from Stefany’s last night paid extra for toppings to the total of $30 for I large pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever been served . No value for money and no taste I would never recommend anybody waste there time or money going to this pizza shop

Great pizza and great service! I’m travelling all over Australia I didn’t expect to find a traditional Italian pizza here in Gladstone! Really good job from the pizza maker. Not expensive for the quality of the food.Italians do it better

Ordered a vegetarian pizza from Steffano's this evening and was hugely disappointed. The crust was burnt, the cheese was hardly even melted and the toppings had no flavour. There were no onions or olives on a vegetarian pizza and I had to pay extra to get mushrooms. First and last time I will be ordering from Steffano's. To be fair, the pizza was ready quickly.
