Dealing with Adelaide Solar Repairs was a very positive experience. Friendly office staff booked an appointment and a personable electrician with an easy manner turned up at the allotted time. He had the right equipment and personal experience to identify my solar system problem quickly. Luckily, the issue turned out to be minor and was solved cheaply, but I have no doubt that if the problem was more significant, I would have been given honest and reliable advice. Jackie from the office was at my house early to meet their technician so she could help him lift off my old, and heavy, inverter, because I'd had an operation and couldn't lift.The technician was efficient and polite and had my new inverter installed and hooked up in no time at all! Very pleased and impressed with the service provided by Adelaide Solar Repairs. When technician came he quickly diagnosed the problem (new inverter needed) and was very helpful in providing advice to choose a new inverter. Came back 2 weeks later to install new inverter - clearly explained what was happening and assisted me to set up the app on my phone. Technician was very professional, friendly and easy to talk with.
