Been coming here for 2 years. Lovely team that always make me feel welcome and fabulous. Always happy with their warm hospitality and love the results of their cut and blow-dry.

Complete rip off. Stay away from this salon. I have short hair that I wanted blow dried and ironed and I was charged $55.00 including $10 for cleaning up my neck which most hairdressers do for free. Ever since Chrissie left they have become money hungry and rude. Most expensive salon in the Q.Centre and definitely not worth it.

Just been to Supercut Supet Q centre Mermaid waters, what a experience of change to have a hair cut, style, layered and colour put through.The courtesy and friendliness of the team was great.My experience was going into a hairdresser that not only made you feel at ease but the background information of style, body, cut, and look that suited my hair and appearance of my face.Customer Service was brilliant, naturally friendly, and helpful advice but importantly what you wanted in a hairstyle. The advice was exactly what I wanted to hear.Cost wise, was money well spent, the end results was well spent and worth its cut.I left feeling great about how my hair transformed from dullness to full of life in my hair.The one advice is the wisdom of treatment in looking after your hair and return visit to keep my hair as greatlooking as when I left the Hairdresser.It may be for repeat of business but I tell you it was meaningful and true in the final look I received looking in the mirror was a new image.Thankyou to Leanne for the transformation of my new look and the team who worked with their clients, conversation was so friendly amongst themselves and interaction as a customer was naturally friendly.Would I come back yes for the experience, the cut, the interaction and the cost.People are made important for the length of time you are there how wonderful customer interaction and service.I will go back to NZ and share my experience thankyou Supercuts you did make my day today.Well spent from entering into the Hairdresser to the time I left.As an added bonus been on holiday I was given the style and cut info to take back with me to NZ so that I can keep the grooming of my new look for notes to hairdresser in NZ now that is adding a personal touch to the business.

Fantastic salon ! Found my forever hairdresser lateesha ! Very professional and talented stylist and colourist ! Also great at waxing, my eyebrows look best ever looked! Love how lateesha gets my blonde colour and style exactly how I love it !

Just had a full head of blonde foils done by Wendy. Thankyou so much love my new hair.You are amazing and can't wait to come back and get my hair thinned out.

Staff were friendly but I was quoted $50-60 over the phone (specifically mentioning my hair is very long) and when I went to pay was charged $90. Asked for a blow wave with curls and instead ended up with straight hair. Most of the other customers had short hair...perhaps that is more their area of expertise.

I was quoted $40 (which is also on their sign) for a haircut and wash. I was also offered a blow wave which i was not notified it would cost more. The cut was just to get rid of damaged hair and didnt take long. At no point did the hairdresser tell me anything would cost extra. Got to the counter and was charged $80. Very poor customer service to quote one price and charge another. Will not be back
