Experience with Dulger homes was quote pleasant even though a few issues here and there. Starting with the sales experience with Lachlan was a thorough professional affair. This guy knows his job in and out. Gave very valuable auggestions to improve the design and functionality of our home. They use good quality materials for building and have wide variety of options available for colour selections.The wxperience with the building supervisor could have been better, though I would mark it as one off. Let me also mention Dean Pollineni the office manager, he made sure he solved the issues in a timely manner and took responsibility.At last Paul Azzaro the maintenance manager was breeze to work with. He went over and above in some situations to help me sort out maintenance issues.Overall the experience was pleasant with areas of improvements.If you are looking for a quality custom and budget friendly builder look no further.Keep up the good work Dulger homes.

Recently, we have just signed the building contract with Dulger Homes. We are doing demolition and build.So far , our experience with Dulger Homes is awesome especially Jane. She is very quick in response, friendly and nothing is too difficult for her. She also gives us valuable opinions and suggestions. The most important thing is we able to build the house within our budget with the floor plan that we really love.I'm looking forward to see the finish product.

Very difficult to find superlative adjectives for Jane Cheong that haven't been mentioned several times already on so many reviews. We signed our contracts recently and will commence build soon. Our experience from the quote stage till contract signing has been nothing short of brilliant and that's largely thanks to Jane. Out of almost the 10 builders we talked to, Jane at Dulger's Lyndarum display house was the one who impressed us immensely. Even when we deposited with another volume builder last year, we felt we were missing out on the personal attention, honesty and sheer competence Jane brought to her role, plus the trust and reliability of the Dulger brand. We just knew that we would be in capable hands with Jane as our consultant. So we forfeited our deposited and went back to Dulger, and that was the best decision ever.Apart from her care and focus, Jane provided us with expert advice in coming up with a practical and efficient design for our custom house, and guided us through all the way. We made so many upgrades, changed our minds several times along the way and were unsure about so many decisions, but you could see that Jane just had our best interests in her heart and would do her best to help us achieve the right outcome for our forever home. Now we've ended up with a beautiful design, getting almost everything we wanted in our house with such efficient use of space. Also worth mentioning is Dulger are more reasonable than most builders out there in terms of pricing for colour selections and upgrades, have more choices of suppliers for sourcing stock than other builders and are transparent and honest to deal with, even in this uncertain market. They build better quality houses and the lack of issues from existing customers is a testimony to that. Now we just hope the construction process lives up to the experience that we've had till now, cos the bar has been set high.
