We changed over to Ivona at the beginning 2017 and couldn't be happier! I dreaded the changeover process but she really went out of her way to make it a seamless and easy process for us. I could not recommend Ivona from 20/20 more. I had what I thought was some quite complex questions about my tax, regarding shares and dividends, and profits from them, had lost a bit of the paperwork too, and Ivona pointed me in the right direction to source all the required statements, and was able to do a great job of my tax return. Ivona is also really friendly and easy to talk to, as well as being a guru in terms of her accounting knowledge. 5 stars.
