Made enquiries about repairing/replacing a rim, to which I was asked to provide the vehicle's VIN. Sent the VIN but didn't hear back. Followed up again a few weeks later.. still never heard back from them. Was just a big of time.

Issue after issue. tried using them twice and they had to have multiple attempts at machining the wheels. Ended up having to replace the wheels as they had damaged them beyond repair. Was issued a refund of the machining which only covered 1/4 of the cost of a new rim. Would not recommend

Highly recommend these guys. Did an awesome job re-finishing my diamond cut wheels, and were very accommodating. Brilliant job, top-notch people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a couple of damaged rims and when I dropped my car off the owner,Richard, asked that as the rims would be repainted would I like to choose a different colour instead. I had thought of asking if it could be done but now it was offered, included in the whole price of the wheel repair/refurbishment.I selected a colour/finish from the range he had with some recommendations from Richard.The rims now look brilliant, really pleased with the way they look. Pleased with the workmanship, and a pleasant interaction with the people.I would highly recommend Rim Clinic, the results and the owner Richard.David
