Unfortunately that I can't give more than 5 stars, otherwise I would give 100 stars for the great supplements with competitive prices and perfect customer service. My first supplement was from Powerhouse after getting advice from one of the professional people and I will keep getting all my supplements from Powerhouse. Highly recommended

I placed on order online, have waited a month and am still to receive my order or even tracking information confirming it has been shipped.I have sent numerous emails with only one response saying it has been passed on to their order packing team. After follow up emails, I have not had any responses and still haven't received my order to.this day, or received a refund.Very poor customer service all round!!

This company is a big fraud and absolutely dodgy. I ordered from their website on the 18th of May 2023 and 2 full weeks later, am yet to receive my goods. They constantly shift the blame to the courier and provide zero resolution. Multiple back and forth emails for an order that just needs to be shipped from Sydney to Brisbane! I've ordered supplements from dozens of online shops and this is THE WORST experience I've had. Avoid these clowns!Are they going broke, does anyone know?
