Great service. I’ve had xrays, ultrasounds and ultrasound guided cortisone injections for my hip. They do a great job.

Receptionists are always friendly & helpful with prompt appointments. I have just returned from overseas & needed chest xray on Friday last week with prompt results as concerns for pneumonia. Unfortunately my request for prompt results fell onto deaf ears. I had to call again early Monday morning chasing my results. I was advised they would be sent to Dr ASAP. However presented for 3pm apt & still no results! Unacceptable time frame! Very disappointed & losing faith in Imed.

Attended a booked CT scan for calcium score of heart today, was told they couldn't do scan because my HR was 70-80bpm which is normal but apparently risky for heart scan. Would have been useful to know pre that you can only have scan if your HR of under 70 which is very unusual for most people having a test done. Was not given a clear explanation by the radiographer.
