I would like to leave a five star review for Lisa Adams from Apple a day dietetics Burleigh Heads. I found Lisa very professional when she gave me information on a healthy eating plan and ways to go about making this into an every day life style. She was very positive and followed through with extra information with emails too. I would recommend Lisa as I was very happy with the service she provided and she was very easy to communicate with. Lisa is outstanding, for many years now we have been seeking help for our daughter to no avail, after one consultation Lisa knew exactly where to start, and we saw results almost instantly. We now have a happy vibrant girl who is shining from the inside out. The only regret we have is not seeing Lisa 5 years ago. Thanks Lisa.

my daughter has down syndrome with all the weight problems that come with that. we have been to see lisa a couple of times and karen has lost 2 kilos so far. not only healthy eating options but strengthening exercises as well. plus healthier frozen meal choices. yay, my fave part as not great at cooking. would totally recommend her. michelle
