William is warm and welcoming and I felt as ease almost instantly (I was worried about being too nervous to speak but this wasn't a problem at all). I felt that he truly cared about me and after multiple sessions it became very apparent that he was deeply considering our discussions between sessions. As a result he offered great insights, advice and practical solutions which I could implement.
