Just a heads up people. If you are thinking of changing service away from click broadband at any time. They will charge you a whole months or to the end of the current month. I have just move away from click broadband and am only 2 days into the billing period and now are being charge a whole month. 67ish dollars for a whole 2 days service. No happy click. Glad I have clicked away

Very good service, my speed was slow so I called and spoke to JM and Nick and they did their best, in just 2 days they fixed the problem. I have been with MyRepublic for one year and never saw such service. Definitely choose this company, you will be happy. Just one negative thing is that Click won't give you a free modem like other providers.Check my review about MyRepublic.Thank you JM & Nick for your help.Sharif

Choose the right one, not the expensive one. All NBN providers used the same network. I found TPG has a $20 prepayment like your e-toll account, your $20 will always in their pocket. Which I think doesn’t very honest. And the Click NBN50 on promotion, very good value and quick service response. Anything you not certain just call them.

Awesome service so far, biggest plus for me is the fact that I get through to a person in generally less than a minute. My last call was fixed in under 4 minutes INCLUDING wait time which is insane to me (especially after being with Optus for a year. ie calls that go for hours).Haven't even thought about switching from Click Broadband. I'm loving it so far. 5 out of 5 stars!

Customer service people are fine, but we are paying for 50mbps, and they were advertising 'typical download speeds of 30mbps' and we have never once reached that speed. In the afternoon and evening we are usually between 1 and 3mbps download speed. Upload is usually around 6 - 8mbps. They just don't buy enough bandwidth.

Been with Click for about a week now on their 6 month promo Standard NBN plan. Had an initial hiccup in getting the churn from earlier provider. Once activated have not found any reason to complain yet. No network outage or any congestion related issue yet. Speed does go down to around 10-12'ish around evenings, but doesn't affect our regular Netflix or Youtube streaming and general browsing and some occasional Whatsapp video/Facetime calls. Pretty happy with the service so far. Hope it stays that way. Location is Docklands near Melbourne CBD.Cheers..SumanUpdate: Have been with Click about a month and half now. Service has been steady. Had a connection issue for few hours around end of Feb where the router would try to reconnect. Called and informed them. Took a while to get back to normal and never saw the issue anymore till now. No other dropouts or slowness yet.Referral bonus of $50 if anyone wants to try them out. Help yourself and me along the way. Account# 40297790. Quick update after two and half months, no further downtime after the above in Feb. Just a tip, I have been using my old modem/router from my previous NBN provider with just the PPPoE user settings updated for Click, all good and steady connection. Cheers..

Been with Click broadband for nearly 1 year.I live in rural NSW and have had a few connection issues due to fttn dodgy old wiring in the street.Click broadband has been really helpful in getting NBN technicians to come and rectify these faults. They will always follow up any issues with a phone call to check if you are satisfied. I love the online chat function and the personal service you get on the phone.A well deserved 5 stars!

would not recommend!when i first signed up everything was great, responsive customer service and the like, but when they were recently acquired by australia broadband everything has gone bad.shocking customer support (have waited less time for centerlink on the phone). i was told i would have a static ip address but it how now changed 3 times and they are not all that cheap to boot. for an extra $10 p/m i am going with a telco with better service

Customers Beware! Signed up for NBN50 but tested - got only standard NBN12 speed? Called customer service & complained then cancelled, they took ~7-hrs to fix speed? Unbeknown to me this company continued to bill me for 3 months after cancellation. Company denied having any record of the cancellation when I confronted them over the phone? Sent them evidence of cancellation & asked them to stop billing and reverse the charges but received no response for over 1 week? If you want fair treatment and reliable/consistent broadband go elsewhere!

Hi team,I’m writing to express my continuing disappointment in what I perceive as an ongoing deterioration in your company’s attitude to customer service.I feel that the amount of delay in action between your frontline telling me to power cycle my equipment and the resulting farce if chasing one of your tech consultants – involving two outbound calls, an email and at least 4 ‘hang-ups’ before your company determined that the situation requires further escalation, conveniently just before closing time on the day before a public holiday.So, to summarise, the interactions with your company’s technical support have done nothing other than delay getting a fix for at least a few days.I feel that the lack of importance you place in resolving connectivity issues is arrogant in the extreme.Kind Regards,Chris.
