We visited this place yesterday to buy a piano for my wife. Katherine was helping us to choose the best product. She has a vast knowledge in their products and she is very patient and helpful. The purchase process was very smooth and she arranged the delivery for us as well.We are very satisfied with the services we received. I totally recommend this place for anyone who is interested in having a new instrument.PS: they have some very old but refurbished acoustic pianos in there which is a delight to see.

Finally got my YAMAHA C2X grand piano today . It’s fabulous piano, that’s only piano brand what I like.APO general manager Katherine ly provided excellent professional service at price, stock eta, accessories quality in all the way. I am very satisfied for all. Appreciate for that .APO is my only one best piano store in Sydney after shopping around many YAMAHA gold piano dealers .

Highly recommend this store. Anya is very experienced and professional. After visiting a few stores, we found the best piano for my son finally and Anya assisted us during the whole time from purchasing to delivering. Definitely will recommend my friends to come around! Great selection of piano being displayed in the store. However, the sales assistants are generally not helpful. I was served by a petite Asian lady who asked me to go to Yamaha website to read what the package include and the warranty, and the delivery. I thought since I was in the store, I shall seek confirmation. However she asked me to read the website.

Ordered a KAWAI CA49 in white maple from them. Great service overall.Anya was the sales person who served us, and she has provided more than enough info for us to compare and choose from a few similar models.The entire experience from choosing, purchasing to delivering are great. We ended up picking up the piano, but you can choose to deliver+assembly it.I would highly recommend their service, and Anya would be a great person to go to:)
