An unplanned power outage while working with data on external drive. Unable to access drive when power returned.Quiet panic.Zak fixed it all. Transferred years of data to a new drive and may have even repaired the old unit for back up purposes.Indebted. Thanks Zak! Now buying a UPS.

Zak and the team at NIKO Computers well and truly exceeded my expectations. After seeking the assistance of a couple of other IT experts, I had lost all hope of recovering our precious data on our laptop. So grateful for the fast and professional work done by Zak on a Saturday! He's so understanding and flexible. I'm in isolation due to covid and need my computer to work. So frustrating. He agreed to do it in his van. I disinfected it and left it outside my house. We're lucky to have him in our local area. Keep at the good work Zak.
