Had a regulator replaced. Was charged close to $1700. Had no idea this was an exorbitant amount until the managing agent had the invoice reviewed by multiple other plumbers who couldn't believe it. Will be lodging a complaint with the ACCC. Do not agree to any quote this company provides you, until getting a second opinion.

TOTALLY RIP OFF, DISAPPOINTING PLUMBING SERVICE. I had a very simple issue with blocked drain, a professional device would be great as I had to pay $140 for the call out, Instead he quoted almost $1000. Maybe because was 6pm on Saturday night? Only needed to use plunger and a drain cleaner and the problem was solved by another honest professional. By the way was not Metropolitan but Jim’s plumbing turned up and he did not wear a mask inside of my house.
