Wow outstanding service and knowledge .Blake helped me find the right shoes .It was not an easy fix l needed help to walk without pain in feet and knees and hips. He took the time to get it right.He was not sending me out until I was completely happy...Good old fashioned service .

The absolute care and professionalism that goes into the customer service here is incredible.Blake made finding my new shoes a breeze, and shared some amazing knowledge with me about extending the lifetime of my products. He made sure to listen to all of my questions and concerns and was able to find the perfect pair for me!I would highly recommend this brand but in particular this location . Thanks team!The products are on the pricier side but a worthy investment if you ask me!

I have visited the Willows store twice now for shoes for my teenage daughters. Sarah was our sakes assistant and no trouble was spared by her to make sure my girls got shoes that were comfortable AND suited their personal style. Would not hesitate to recommend this store and will definitely return.

They have a machine that can help you find the correct size and type of shoe for your needs if you were curious.The staff was great, but some sizes and colours weren't in stock. They did, however, offered to order them online.

A big thank you to the staff for all the information that was supplied by the friendly staff in this store. Seems like everywhere we go the staff are just lining up to be so helpful. Since being in Townsville we have found that as the shops are desperately trying to make some money and Keep there staff in business. Well done guys and cheers big ears
